We audit the manufacturing process and verify the quality in order to provide our customers with the excellent quality they deserve. JMX Bamboo is precision-milled, providing you with an excellent quality, exotic molding that will enhance the beauty of any room and add value to the building.

JMX Bamboo has six coats of finish to protect and enhance its gorgeous grain. This finish guards against scratching and staining.

Our moulding is easy to install and remove. It is wear resistant, pest resistant, heat resistant, scratch resistant and easy to clean. Our bamboo products are beautiful, durable, and an ecologically friendly alternative to hardwoods.

Warranty

JMX International offers a lifetime structural warranty and 10-year finish warranty on its bamboo molding. This is for residential use of the products.

Structural Warranty:

We offer a lifetime structural warranty. For as long as you own your home, we warranty our bamboo against buckling, cupping or warping when properly installed and maintained.

Finish Warranty:

We offer a 10-year warranty on our finish from the date of purchase. This warranty is for normal residential traffic provided that all preventative maintenance and care have been maintained.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranties are valid only if the owner can provide an original proof of purchase and is the original owner of the molding. Warranties are only valid when the bamboo has been installed by a licensed professional installer. These warranties do not cover indentations, scratches or damage caused by negligence, water, erosion, insects, pets, spiked heel shoes, failure to follow all specific written installation instructions, improper maintenance (including the use of detergents, furniture dusting sprays or any other cleaning and maintenance products), insufficient protection, misuse or improper alterations of the original manufactured product. It is important to maintain a stable relative humidity rate between 40% and 45% in the home.

As bamboo is a natural product, variations of color is a common characteristic. We do not guarantee exact matches in color of different bamboo pieces.

These warranties do not cover any incidental expenses including labor costs. The installation is the responsibility of the client and installer. It is not warranted under these warranties.
