JmxBamboo now offers strand-woven bamboo moulding

JmxBamboo, has been a leading supplier of bamboo moulding since 2004.  Now strand woven bamboo moulding is available as well.

Strand woven bamboo has the same ecologically friendly characteristics of regular bamboo, with the added feature of having a beautiful grain that resembles a hardwood.  The bamboo nodes can still be seen within the grain, so strand woven bamboo still resembles the natural, exotic look that so many people love about bamboo in the first place.

Jim Miller, Founder and CEO at JMX International, cited increased demand from designers, architects and homeowners as the reason that the company decided to begin offering strand woven bamboo in addition to regular bamboo moulding.  "We believe that we'll have a hard time keeping it on our shelves, as many people cannot find stair treads, bull nose or floor transitions that match their strand-woven bamboo floor," he said.

Strand woven bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource and as such, may qualify for LEED Credits.  JMX is a member of the USGBC, the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.
